Small but MIGHTY!

Celebrating Small Business Saturday and Artists Sunday

14k yellow gold succulent stud earring, jewelry inspired by nature and handmade in USA Seattle

Small businesses help local communities thrive by providing livelihoods and reinvesting in other local businesses like restaurants, grocery and other stores.

And small businesses, especially artists and makers like me, have items ready to ship to you right now, today (not stuck in a cargo ship overseas).

Here are some of my favorite, highly recommended small businesses that I've collaborated with this year. They are definitely worth a second look!

Each is a woman owned, uber creative, artist in their own right.

Wren's Culinary Salts - fragrant and delicious salts
Simple Goodness Sisters - outstanding farm to table simple syrups
Ooliva - small batch skincare handmade with whole ingredients
Wend Gallery - Jewelry and Art Gallery featuring one of a kind art
Kitchen Imp - unique spice blends for everyday cooks
Brynn Capella Handbags - stylish leather handbags

And if you're interested in those sweet little abstract succulent earrings I made ⬆️, they are available on my website in polished or darkened sterling silver or as shown above, in solid 14k yellow gold.

And What is Artist Sunday you ask?

Started in 2020 as a national public information effort to support artists, it's a great opportunity to spread the gift shopping love to all your favorite makers.

Embrace supporting art and artists! Handcrafted things are better appreciated than mass produced junk from overseas, plus your money does much more than sit in Bezos's bank account.

I'd love to know what small businesses and artists you are supporting this year!

Help spread the love and tell us about them in the comments below!
