RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

While we strive to exceed your expectations, we understand that items can sometimes be different than you imagined in person.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund. Return must be sent carefully packaged in a box (as opposed to an envelope where pieces can more easily get damaged). Email c@catherinegrisez.com for a return shipping label.

Exchanges can be made up to 30 days after purchase. I recommend shipments be made via UPS insured. Exchanges must be mailed well packaged in a box (no envelopes).

Custom or special orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

CG Sculpture and Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Should a situation like this arise, we will do our best to help you find a solution and supply tracking numbers. However, you must contact the courier regarding loss or damage to your shipment. Be sure to open and inspect packages immediately upon arrival and report anything askew.

Please keep in mind that since we make everything by hand in small batches, slight variations may occur from images on this site. Metal, pearls and gemstones are organic elements and as such, changes are a natural characteristic. Expect slight variations in gemstone colors and shapes and enamels. Finishes may vary slightly due to the transformative nature of metal.

With time and exposure to light, oxygen, beauty products, etc - finishes may also change over time. Darkening or lightening of colors is normal. To ensure longevity, see the Jewelry Care page for more info.
