Staying safe and healthy…

What strange times we are living in! We here at CG Sculpture and Jewelry are doing everything we can to stay healthy and keep those around us safe.

Although we are pretty isolated in the studio anyway, we regularly clean high touch surfaces, especially after deliveries and before packaging orders. We also minimize contact with others and wear masks when in proximity to others.

According to the World Economic Forum, the virus can live on cardboard for up to 24 hours and on hard shiny surfaces like metal, up to 72 hours. If you have any concerns, wait to open your package for at least 72 hours. We’ve extended our return window to 12 days (from time of arrival) to account for this extra time.

Due to unusually high demands on the shipping industry, deliveries may take longer than usual. You will receive an email with delivery tracking information. If you don’t get your package during that window, be sure to let us know right away.

Like you, we are just humans getting through the day so if you need extra time with a return or exchange, email us at info@catherinegrisez.com so we can make arrangements.

We hope you and your loved ones stay healthy and safe during these uncertain times. We’d love to provide a spot of beauty in your life to help get you through! Contact us anytime with questions or concerns.
